The E-Liner FLEX ZERT is a solelly electrically driven test rig for certification tests with the legformimpactor FLEX PLI GTR. With the E-Liner FLEX ZERT both the inversetest as well as the pendulumtest can be performed with highest repeatability.

During the inversetest a 8,1 kg impactor is accelerated in accordance with legislative requirements and is fired against the FLEX PLI GTR impactor.

During the pendulumtest, the FLEX PLI GTR impactor is lifted up fully automated together with an additional weight from the perpendicular position in the legally given end position. After that it falls freely against the impact wedge.

E-Liner FLEX ZERT can also be upgraded for the dynamic upper leg certification and for the dynamic WG17 lower leg certification.
